To use the plan you enter your race day date or start date and the plan will be uploaded to the calender
If you download the Trainingpeaks app to your smartphone, you can have easy access anytime to your workouts
Our Plans meet the needs of Athletes of all abilities from Beginner to Experienced Athlete and everyone in-between.
Our most popular plans are now in Structured Workout Builder format. Workout Builder format allows you to upload a Workout to most head units (Garmin, Wahoo, etc) and virtual training and racing platforms (Zwift, TrainerRoad and SufferFest).

|Beginner Base Build Training||This 8-week plan is specially designed for the beginner or intermediate triathlete, regardless of age, who has is looking to get into triathlons and has a goal to enjoy and be proficient.||Link|
|Beginner Race Training||This 8-week plan is specially designed for the beginner or intermediate triathlete, regardless of age, who has been training for triathlon and has a goal to perform well in his/her age group at an A-priority,||Link|
|Beginner Base Race||This is a 16 week plan for the beginner who us looking looking to complete a 113km Middle Distance Triathlon for the first time.||Link||Intermediate Base Build||This is a 12 week Base Build Plan for an athlete wanting to progress to do a middle distance triathlon. To start this plan you should be able to swim 1 hour, bike 1.5 hours, and run 1 hour.||Link||Intermediate Race||This is a 16 week plan for those with experience of triathlons who want to be competitive in the Age group. All cycling workouts are structured and can be done on a smart trainer.||Link||Advanced Race||This 12 week plan is for experienced triathletes with at least 2 years racing who wish to improve their speed work with lots of interval, threshold and VO2 workouts. The aim is to build on and already good triathlon foundation and who's body can take continual training with limited recovery.||Link|
|Beginner Race||This plan is a 30 week BEGINNER triathlon plan for the Full long distance (140.6). The plan will take you from a complete novice and build you up to achieve you goal of completing a Full distance triathlon.||Link||Base Build||This 12 week plan in intended for the triathlete looking to build fitness before a race specific plan leading up to a 140.6 race. To start this plan you should already be capable of swimming 1 hour, biking 90 minutes and running 1 hour.||Link||Intermediate Race||This 12 week 140.6 build to peak period training plan was designed for any age athlete..
