Below are listed all our current training plans. Should you be unsure which is best for you or need further information in deciding, feel free to contact us to discuss and we will assit to ensure you get the best advice.

Our Plans are hosted on Trainingpeaks where you can create a free athlete account and purchace the plan

To use the plan you enter your race day date or start date and the plan will be uploaded to the calender

If you download the Trainingpeaks app to your smartphone, you can have easy access anytime to your workouts

Our Plans meet the needs of Athletes of all abilities from Beginner to Experienced Athlete and everyone in-between.

Our most popular plans are now in Structured Workout Builder format. Workout Builder format allows you to upload a Workout to most head units (Garmin, Wahoo, etc) and virtual training and racing platforms (Zwift, TrainerRoad and SufferFest).

Cycling Plans

Plan Plan Details Link
Off Season Build The 12 week Cycling Off-Season Base Builder plan is ideal for intermediate and advanced riders who are looking to build base fitness. Whether your goals for next season are sportives, road races or time trials, this structured plan will help you to lay down the essential foundations for success. Link
Pre Season Plan The 8 week Cycling Pre-Season plan is ideal for intermediate and advanced riders and is designed to follow on from the 12-week Off-Season Base Builder plan. Link
Improver Plan The 12 week Improvers’ plan is suitable for a variety of cyclists with the common end goal of completing a 100 kilometre (60-mile) sportive or ride. To start the plan, you should be capable of riding for 90 minutes. It is also ideal for cyclists who ride regularly but haven’t followed a structured training plan before or who are returning to the sport after a bit of a lay-off. Link
Road Race Plan This 12 week Base plan uses classic training levels and is designed for the serious competitive cyclist who has 5-8 hours a week to train. The workouts are designed to give you a great foundation, with lots of tempo and sub-threshold work. Includes power, heart rate, and perceived exertion. Link
